SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in inorganic chemistry. A synthetic inorganic substance which contains carbonates of group I, II or III elements is characterised by rate of conversion of carbon nuclei from 14C to 12C in the range of 450-890 conversions per hour per gram, preferably 700-890 conversions per hour per gram and more preferably 850-890 conversions per hour per gram. Said substance can be obtained by forming carbon dioxide as a result of aerobic or anaerobic fermentation and reaction of carbon dioxide with a suspension or solution containing univalent and/or bivalent and/or trivalent cations. Carbon dioxide can be formed through fermentation of sugars or burning alcohol or alkanes formed from fermentation of organic compounds, such as fruits, fruit alcohols or from household wastes. The obtained synthetic inorganic substance can be used in pharmaceuticals, production of food products and papermaking.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce release of carbon dioxide from fossil fuel.
