SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a carrier for controlled release of active substances, which comprises a core containing natural or synthetic calcium carbonate that is capable of adsorbing and/or absorbing at least one active substance, which is selected from 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, benzisothiazolinone or octyl-isothiazolinone; the coating encapsulating a core, which is selected from methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose. Also, the invention is represented by the method for producing a carrier, which is characterized by the steps of providing calcium carbonate, providing the active substance; bringing calcium carbonate into contact with the active substance; separating the loaded calcium carbonate from the excess liquid, solution or suspension; coating of loaded calcium carbonate. In addition, the invention is represented by the use of a carrier for transferring an active substance to a target environment; for controlled release of the active substance; to protect active substances that are sensitive to high temperature.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for improved protective characteristics of the carrier with respect to the released active substance and ensuring even more precise regulation of the release of the active substance depending on environmental conditions.
