FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: wastes are screened and classified into a composition, dried with flue gases, crushed and mixed with a solid heat carrier. The solid heat carrier used is sand with particle size 0-2 mm in a mixture with lime at 800 - 1000°C, heated with pyrolysis gases and resin, burnt in a flash drying furnace 19. Pyrolysis of the solid communal wastes takes place in a reactor 14 with ratio of solid carrier to the solid communal wastes in the range of 2:3. The vapour-gas mixture obtained from pyrolysis is taken for condensation and the solid carbon-containing residue is taken for producing vapour in a recovery boiler 27.
EFFECT: invention enables to recycle solid communal wastes with separation of liquid and gaseous fuel products during pyrolysis.
