FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used for power supply of industrial and municipal consumers. Reactor for the thermochemical conversion of solid fossil fuels, biomass, household wastes and rubber technical goods comprises loading hopper 3, cyclone furnace 8, reactor shell 9 equipped with chimney 5 for discharging the spent coolant, reactor screw 4 provided with discharge passage for vapour-gas mixture 6 associated with furnace 8 inlet, heated air blower 7 and sealing chamber 14 located at the outlet of reactor screw 4, metering feeder 2 with supply hopper 1, dust precipitation chamber 13 delimited by the walls of reactor shell 9 and connected to the outlet of cyclone furnace 8, screw 10 for removing ash residue, slotted air distributor 15 located at the inlet of cyclone furnace 8. Inlet of reactor screw 4 is connected to the outlet of supply hopper 1. Inlet of supply hopper 1 is connected through metering feeder 2 to the outlet of loading hopper 3. Inlet of cyclone furnace 8 is connected through sealing chamber 14 to the outlet of reactor screw 4 and through slotted air distributor 15 - to the outlet of heated air blower 7. Outlet of cyclone furnace 8 is connected in series to dust precipitation chamber 13, reactor screw 4 and chimney 5 for discharging the spent coolant. Reactor screw 4 and screw 10 for removing ash residue are connected via chain drive 11.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an enriched vapour-gas mixture and reduce energy consumption due to beneficial use of waste gases, reduce the necessary time of residence of particles of the processed material in the reactor, reduce the metal capacity of the installation, improve conditions of generation of the coolant and completeness of carbon char combustion.
