SUBSTANCE: dowel for installation and control of lead level represents a single part made of polymer material, has cylindrical part, on surface of which there are ribs provided for fixation of dowel in base at required thickness, and also upper part arranged in the form of support platform with two fixators for installation and fixation of lead by means of clockwise dowel rotation until it fits in base.

EFFECT: improved convenience of lead installation and control, simplified design of device.
