SUBSTANCE: invention consists in development of such a construction of the adjustable support, which would ensure installation of the building structure at a preset distance from the base with a high precision, would prevent deviations from its level worsening the surface quality. Besides, the construction should provide compensation for deviations in the geometry of the building structure members, for example, floor sleepers, both at installation and in service. And what is more, the construction of the support should make the minimum weakenings of the building structure, provide reliability and durability in service. According to the invention, in the adjustable support for building structures, for example, for the floor boarding with construction members installed at a preset height from the base, containing a carrying member made in the form of a rod with a male thread attached to the base, and a bearing platform engageable with the rod thread, the rod is made with a spherical outer surface on the lower end attached in a outer surface on the lower end attached in a thrust bearing installed on the base.
