FIELD: tools for temporarily securing guide strips.

SUBSTANCE: strip clamp comprises a bracket with a hole in the middle part with a fastening element for attaching the bracket to the surface and with holes along the edges with pressure bars equipped with freely rotating clamping pads, whereas the strip clamp is additionally equipped with a pressure plate with three holes, the bracket holes are made smooth, the pressure rods are spring-loaded from below, the fastening element is equipped with a central post made in the form of a hollow pipe with a solid bottom, with a vacuum suction cup and a rack and pinion mechanism consisting of a cylindrical gear rack mounted in the cavity of the central post, a gear wheel, a handle, and a spring-loaded double-arm lever for fixing the gear mounted on the bracket support, and the pressure plate is mounted on the threaded ends of the pressure rods and the gear rack.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity of installing beacon strips, reduced operating costs, and high integrity of the installation surface.
