The device includes the following: a first module configured to analyse data on distinctive features of the behaviour of the user coming from different channels, checking availability of conflicts between said data, generation or update of user attribute information; a second module configured to obtain user attribute information when a user accesses a network service; a third module configured to obtain information content.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the purpose of network information and reduced bandwidth used and server resources.
