SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method of identifying and profiling subscribers to facilitate delivery of content in accordance with user preferences. Method comprises receiving a set of event parameters associated with an event from a network end user, receiving location information for each subscriber, comparing event parameters from said end user with location information within a predetermined range of event, associated with event parameters, profiling subscribers to produce a profile rating and/or profile score, i.e. likelihood of a given subscriber to attend event based on visiting history, sorting list of subscribers into a number of categories based on profile rating, compiling content for each category of subscribers, delivering content to subscribers within range of event.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of accuracy of delivering to nearest subscribers content associated with closest events.
