FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to high-voltage suspended insulators for overhead power transmission lines designed for voltages mainly of 6-1150 kV. Insulator comprises a metal cap, a metal rod, electric insulation part and reinforcement tie that connects them in non-detachable manner and contains binder of low water requirement.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability of insulators, simplified production, less waste in production, elimination of process of insulators thermal treatment, reduced time of technological process.
