FIELD: building material industry, in particular noncontracting, corrosion-resistant portlandcement binder.
SUBSTANCE: method includes intergrinding of Portlandcement clinker with plaster stone and superplasticizer using active mineral additive. Modified plaster-mineral stone obtained by mixing of raw hemihydrate plaster with active mineral additive at ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 and tempering with surfactant of concentration 0.05-2.5 % is used as plaster stone. After hardening and drying of plaster stone intergrinding is carried out up to specific surface of 280-550 m2/kg (in one embodiment of invention up to 280-350 m2/kg). Modified lignosulfonates, sulfated melamine- or naphthalene formaldehyde resins are used as surfactant.
EFFECT: noncontracting concrete operated under high humidity, concrete and reinforced concrete products with increased durability and sulfate-resistance.
