SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. Recipe components are prepared. Yacon is cut, dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of yacon inside the bits till temperature 80-90°C during at least an hour and fried. Barley grains, acorns and fruit stone kernels are fried. Yacon, barley grains, acorns, fruit stone kernels and cocoa husks (in a weight ratio of 3:6:6:2:3) are mixed. One performs the produced mixture cryogrinding in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
