FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for sizing powder materials by gravity air separation. Proposed device comprises interconnected integrated sixing sections 11, cylindrical cases 5 with diametres increasing from bottom to top and having inclined bottoms and cylindrical inserts 6 furnished with truncated dual modular cones 7 and central cylindrical inserts with domes 21. Lower part accommodates loading tube 1 with spaces to receive initial material 2 and conical diffuser 3. Upper part accommodates upper modular cone 26 to house: channel 10 to withdraw fine product and spaces to spaces 27 to withdraw fine product. Lower part of inclined bottoms 4 accommodates coarse product removal channels 9 with sealing unloader 42 and blow holes 14 furnished with airflow rate regulators 12. Inner spaces of cylindrical inserts 16 have a number of holes 15 in top section, while, in bottom section, there are blow channels 13 with airflow rate regulators 12. Inner spaces of cylindrical cases 5 limited by central cylindrical inserts 20, form the main separation spaces 44, while inner spaces of cylindrical cases 5 limited by cylindrical inserts 6, make additional separation spaces 45 filled with turbulisers 8.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of sizing.
