FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of oil-containing effluents. Proposed device comprises hydraulic cyclones, cylindrical chambers at cyclone outlets, settler divided by vertical webs into sections to accommodate perforated distributors. Settler bottom accommodates tubular perforated manifold incorporated with precipitate removal system, while precipitate wash-off system is arranged above and on both sides of said manifold. Said system is made up of symmetric pressure pipelines of telescopic manifolds, jumper pipeline communicating pipelines discharging water from pressure rings of top and bottom drains, bypass pipeline that communicates initial oil-containing water feed pipeline with jumper pipeline. Second vertical web is attached along the edges of settler inner wall. Web top section has holes to secure tubular perforated telescopic manifolds-distributors made staggered along web top part and at 45° to vertical axis of manifolds. Top plate of said manifolds us located at the level of "oil-high-concentration emulsion" interface. Oil collector with oil discharge branch pipe is arranged at settler top, in space between first vertical web and second vertical web.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and stability of purification.
