FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material science, in particular to processes for producing ceramic based on composite oxides and can be used in laser and electronic engineering. The method is realised as follows: an initial solution of metal chlorides which are part of a synthetic compound is prepared, coprecipitation of metal ions takes place by successively adding ammonium oxalate solution and aqueous oxalic acid solution to the formed solution. The obtained metal oxalate precipitates are dried at room temperature and then calcined in air at 1050-1100°C for 90-150 minutes. The obtained semi-finished product is crushed and compacted. Solid-phase sintering is carried out on air for 60-90 minutes at 1050-1100°C and the product is slowly cooled to room temperature. A strontium and lanthanum cobaltite-based ceramic is obtained using the disclosed method.

EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption.
