FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in construction of vertical pressure and producing wells, in pumping steam into reservoir through pumping wells and in withdrawal of oil via production wells, and in perforating pressure wells above zone of perforation of producing wells. The perforation zone of the producing wells is located in a lower quarter of the producing reservoir, while that one of the pressure wells is located in an upper half. Pipe strings are lowered into each pressure well for pumping overheated fluid into the reservoir; the pipe strings are equipped with a jet pump from beneath; the jet pump is installed below perforation zones; a packer is installed in each well above perforation zones. Superheated water under pressure exceeding pressure of steam generation is pumped via the pipe string. Before pumping water is heated to temperature exceeding temperature of steam generation at reservoir pressure. Upon generation of a steam chamber in the reservoir a solvent is periodically added into superheated water; amount and volume of solvent is controlled by viscosity of reservoir product extracted from the producing wells.
EFFECT: increased degree of development of high viscous oil deposit due to zone of more intensive reservoir heating and due to dilution of heated product with reagents with generation of steam chamber; facilitation of more partial load mode of operation owing to pumping heat carrier in liquid state via pipe string.
