FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: method of development of high-viscosity oil and bitumen deposit that includes opening of upper and lower well interval within the formation, well separation between opening intervals, cycling injection of operating agent in a form of a steam into the formation through the upper opening interval and product extraction through the lower opening interval, the distance between opening intervals not less than 5 m, the product is extracted from formation constantly. The pumping of operating agent is stopped at product temperature increase that is extracted from the lower interval to the temperature equal to 70-90% of operating agent break-out temperature and injection of operating agent is resumed at reduction of product temperature extracted from the lower interval to the temperature equal to 50-70% of operating agent break-out temperature defined on the basis of physical properties of formation and the distance between opening intervals. After steam chamber formation within upper opening interval the well is switched to injection one.
EFFECT: obtaining product flow rate at development early stage, cheapening due to more economic and oriented use of formation heating and extracted product, improvement of conditions for steam chamber creation.
