FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat convector includes heater made in the form of two pipes equipped with transverse cooling ribs, L-shaped casing fixed on brackets, heat regulator of heat carrier flow, which is made in the form of valve with thermostat and angular pipe coupling, which are connected by means of threaded connection to ends of heater tubes. Ends of heater tubes are provided with branch pipes fixed on the appropriate pipes. Branch pipes have external annular shoulders and are equipped with coupling nuts with possibility of interacting with them and with threads of the valve and angular pipe coupling of heat carrier flow regulator respectively. Installation method of heat thermostatic heat carrier flow regulator involves attachment of heater tubes prior to the installation of heat regulator to working ends in one and the same plane and at arrangement of their geometrical axes at the distance corresponding to the distance between geometrical axes of inlet holes in connection elements respectively of valve and angular pipe coupling of heat regulator and their further connection to heater tubes. Branch pipes with external shoulders prior to their welding to heater tube ends are fixed by means of coupling nuts on the bosses having external thread and rigidly connected to each other with clamp of installation device and distance between geometrical axes of which corresponds to the distance between geometrical axes of connection elements of heat regulator; the appropriate ends of branch pipes are pressed to heater tube ends, and they are rigidly connected; after that, coupling nuts are removed from bosses and installation device is removed, and instead of it there installed is heat regulator by fixing coupling nuts on its connection elements.

EFFECT: improving reliability and operating life and cost effectiveness at the manufacture.
