SUBSTANCE: device includes voltage source, reference measurement device in the form of thermoelectric comparing current converter and thermoelectric comparing voltage converter consisting of thermoelectric converter and auxiliary resistor with triple screens for compensation of frequency error. At that, binary resistance voltage divider is placed in the housing of thermoelectric comparing voltage converter so that one of its outputs is connected to the housing, and the other one is connected to additional coaxial connector.

EFFECT: accuracy improvement.
