FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: device to measure temperature difference comprises two opposed thermal receivers 1 and 2 kept at temperatures t1 and t2 in controlled medium, amplifier 3, voltage divider 4 composed of resistors 5-9 connected in series. Note here that resistor 7 makes a slide wire while resistors 6 and 8 are digital controlled resistors. Besides, device comprises temperature difference meter 10, two permanent memories 11 and 12, analogue-digital converter 13, second meter 14 connected with extra thermal converter 15 to be placed in medium with temperature t1 and t2. Outputs of PROM 11 and 12 are connected with control circuits of digital controlled resistors 6 and 8 to input correction for nonlinearity of thermocouples.

EFFECT: accelerated response and higher reliability.
