METHOD OF VISUAL INSPECTION, CALIBRATION, OF RELIABILITY AND SERVICEABILITY OF ELECTRIC CIRCUITRY OF THERMOELECTRIC CONVERTER, MAINLY THERMOMETER OF LIGHT PROFILE AND INCLUDED IN ITS COMPOSITION OUTGOING GAS TEMPERATURE INDICATOR AND SHOE TRANSITION COMPENSATING, DURING OPERATION IN GROUND CONDITIONS WITHOUT AIRCRAFT ENGINE STARTING, AND MEANS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01K15/00 G01K13/02 G01K7/02

Abstract RU 2604579 C1

FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for visual inspection, calibration, reliability and serviceability of thermoelectric converter electric circuitry. According to proposed solution into radiated object, mainly light profile thermometer and included in its composition aircraft engine outgoing gas temperatures indicator and compensating transition adapter block located in gas generator circuit of aircraft engine, said heat-sensitive element made in form of said thermocouples is installed, and thermocouple key points of temperature values are determined at heating. Then thermocouples are disconnected from adapter block and on their place by means of terminals of the connecting cable connected second sensitive element, which is device output gas temperature simulator, made in the form of a plastic case with an equivalent temperature switch EMF of said thermocouple, by power switch and LED indicator of presence of power supply and including battery compartment with four power supply elements with total voltage of 6 V, printed-circuit board with radio elements of voltage sources circuit, imitating EMF of thermocouple. One performs said operation, which involves periodic checking readings of temperature and voltage, and in case of readings from said indicator temperature of outgoing gases with readings taken from onboard automated control system, cause divergence readings are localised and eliminate electrical circuits fault of light profile thermometer and included in its composition of said temperature of outgoing gas indicator and transition compensating block without aircraft engine starting.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and quality of verification and monitoring of electric circuitry thermoelectric converter.
