SUBSTANCE: method includes development of question vase with correct and incorrect versions of answers, automatic distribution of a signal to remote users from Internet server of the company about the fact that they may participate in testing and/or polling, receipt of task by remote users from server through data transfer networks, sending of answer results by remote users, selection of winners by the company server and sending signals to remote users with information on results of testing and/or polling, besides, prior to testing and/or polling, throughput capacity of remote user communication channel is assessed, and in case of negative results, such as excessive time of server response or low throughput capacity of channel, remote user is warned about possible collisions in receipt of testing or polling results, and at the moment of summation the correction is made by time spent to go through testing and/or polling.
