FIELD: collective games for remote users, possible realization by transferring data through telecommunication networks between remote users and game server of organizer.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method for setting up interactive game for remote users, game problem is generated in form of a combination of symbols, in informational messages related to which organizer sets number of symbols in combination and number of their properties, two hint banks are generated with injection of these into game software, considering absent symbols in certain position of target combination. Number of hints in banks is calculated from condition: (a1+a2+...+ai)-n=N, where a1,a2,ai - known number of properties of each symbol; n - number of symbols in combination, set by organizer. Hints of first bank are provided, assuring their non-recurrence, from game server on request of participant for purchase of hint for cost declared by organizer of game, when participant is rewarded for informational messages about target combination of symbols, while number of messages from participants required for receiving first reward hint is set by game rules as number, divisible by number of messages from participant. When counting total number of messages sent by participant with variant of combination, messages with request for hint are not considered, and during provision of reward hint, participant is charged with cost of input message about variant of target combination of symbols. Hints from first bank independently from their usage by participants are opened one by one at game server, while their non-recurrence is assured and, and these hints are left open for access of all participants and observers until the end of game round. Hints from second bank are opened on game server after opening hints from first bank and on basis of rules for their opening, analogical to rules for opening hints of first bank.
EFFECT: expanded range of remote users, simultaneously participating in the game with possible joining of more users in any moment after the game begins, while providing for unbiased and quick estimation of solutions received from participants.
