FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and biotechnology, namely, to mushroom growing, based on culture of xylotroph oyster mushroom, cultivated using industrial intensive European technology. Method of bacillar thermoanaerobic preparation of high-quality straw substrate for intense non-sterile cultivation of oyster mushroom includes preliminary fermentation of substrate by soaking it in reservoirs and using to do pasteurisation and main thermal fermentation of thermal chambers using microorganisms of Bacillus type. For this purpose bacillar microorganisms are used of Bacillus type, namely, thermophil culture B.cereus.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce high-quality straw substrate to grow oyster mushrooms, to simplify process of preliminary fermentation and to reduce time for preparation of substrate of high selectivity and efficiency.
