FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to mushroom growing. Method involves preparation of a chaff-sawdust nutrious substrate, filling glass jars with it, closing them with two compressed layers of foil, autoclaving at optimum for the mushroom excess pressure and a period of time, inoculation of the cooled substrate with mycelium leaving the distance of 0.5-1 cm between the inoculated surface and the jar cover, natural regrowth for more that a month (32-38 days) at room temperature (18-26 °C) and formation of mushrooms. Herewith the chaff-sawdust nutrious substrate as a bioadditive-activator of growth and development is introduced with mature pumpkin milled with the crust and seeds in the amount of 30 % of the total weight of the substrate. Two-layer cover is not removed during the whole mushroom farming rotation. For filling with the substrate used are both one litre and two litre glass jars. Autoclaving is carried out at the excessive pressure of 1.3-1.5 atm for 2 hours. During fruiting large-scale ventilation of cultivating rooms is not required.

EFFECT: method simplifies the process of inoculation, enables selecting a nutrious base of the substrate, maintaining optimum conditions fro fruiting and harvesting.
