FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: luggage rack support arranged on car roof comprises casing wherein adjusting screw is arranged with its heat thrust against casing wall. Support structure incorporates also pressure bell crank with it first arm intended for pressing railing to support casing and second arm intended for locking luggage rack transverse arc. Nut interacting with the screw features cylindrical shape, nut axis being perpendicular to screw axis. Said nut is fitted in pressure bell crank bore to make its rotary axle. Support casing top part has opening for bell crank second arm tail to pass there through into luggage rack transverse arc lengthwise channel. Note here that said tail represents a head to be locked in aforesaid channel so that top and bottom points of contact with inner surface of luggage rack transverse arc in the plane inclined to lengthwise axis of said arc.
EFFECT: reliable locking of luggage rack transverse arc.
