FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises the main multi-hull ship incorporating stationary and movable hulls. Stationary main hull comprises utility spaces, oceanarium and undercarriage made up of several greenhouse-evaporation devices wherein as power plant used are containers with growing plants integrated by circuits including sea foods, e.g. power generating organisms to desalinate water biologically. Lateral stationary hulls are equipped with runways and aircraft hangars, while extreme underwater hulls are furnished with helio-desalinators to provide sweet water for terminal. Proposed complex comprises also deep-water bathyscaphs equipped with robots to select and sea foods required for aforesaid greenhouse-evaporation devices, electric power generating organisms, and drilling and processing equipment to supply fuel for aircraft.
