SUBSTANCE: proposed complex includes offshore platform connected with ground or offshore floating platform for production of natural gas, chemical technological system of preparation equipment, chemical system for obtaining liquid product, for example liquefied natural gas, methanol mounted on floating plant, mainly underwater-based plant, compressor station, storage with heat exchanger for super-cooling of liquid product and transport product carriers for transportation of liquid products for export and home market.
