METHOD TO PROCESS BIRD LIME AND HOG MANURE INTO ORGANIC FERTILISER Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC C05F3/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method provides for mixing of bird lime from birds kept in cages, bird lime from floor-managed birds mat, additive to improve quality of organic fertiliser and subsequent natural composting, additionally hog manure is used, as well as microbiological preparation "Baikal-EM1". Previously lime with mat from floor-managed birds is sprinkled with solution of "Baikal-EM1" preparation in water at the ratio of 1: 10, and lime from birds kept in cases and hog manure are sprinkled with non-dissolved preparation of "Baikal-EM1". At the same time lime is used with mat from floor-managed birds with moisture of 20-30%, lime from birds kept in cages with humidity of 60-65%, hog manure with humidity of 80-87%, which are taken at the following ratio (wt %): bird lime with mat from floor-managed birds 30-40; bird lime from birds kept in cages 40-60; hog manure 10-20. Produced mix is exposed to natural composting in warm season of the year for at least 30 days, and for at least 60 days during cold time of the year.

EFFECT: simultaneous treatment of bird lime and hog manure into organic fertiliser.
