SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, calcium, titanium, aluminium, cobalt, boron and iron at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.5 - 0.6, silicon 1.2 - 1.4, manganese 0.2 - 0.4, calcium 0.001 - 0.002, titanium 0.01 - 0.02, aluminium 0.1 - 0.15, cobalt 0.8 - 1.2, boron 0.08 - 0.12, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: raised strength of steel.
