FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: working medium flow control for automatic control system includes input and output channels made in the housing and connected to each other through restricting elements made as continued part of stock. Stock is moved in two support assemblies and connected through threaded connection to step motor. The latter in its turn is connected to electric coupling to feedback sensor through control unit. Threaded connection and feedback sensor is arranged in cavities connected to environment. Restricting elements are shaped and diametres of restricting edges are smaller than inner diametre of the appropriate holes of fixed sleeve. Outer thread is made on the shank of stock and interacts with the appropriate inner thread of leadscrew nut rigidly fixed in housing so that it can be fixed in changed angular position. On end part of stock there coaxially and rigidly fixed with it is fork. Protrusions of fork interact with slots of cross-piece. The latter is installed in clutch of step motor so that it has freedom of movement relative to shaft axis of electric motor in the plane perpendicular to shaft axis in two mutually perpendicular directions.
EFFECT: improving reliability and increasing operating life and reducing the manufacturing cost of flow control.
