FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in casing of the flow rate governor at one side in axial direction a pair valve-seat is installed, at one side the valve is pressed by the spring to the seat, from the other side the valve is pressed from the seat by the stock made as integral part with the bellows assembly, inside the bellows a loading spring is located, in the casing of the flow rate governor from the other side in the perpendicular direction to LP cavity the control device of the flow rate governor is installed, made as movable cone valve and fixed seat in form of the hole with sharp edge along the end face in the casing of the flow rate governor, in the flow rate governor the bellows is used, it by one side is welded to the valve, and by another side is welded to the casing of the flow rate governor, to it via the base a step motor is connected, its shaft via the gearbox connecting two spur gears and helical gear is connected with the flow rate control valve.
EFFECT: stable control of flow rate of cryogenic work medium with increased accuracy and wide range of input pressure change.
