SUBSTANCE: in the method, the database command to be executed is generated, where the database command does not contain operations associated with relationships given in the relationship table, for which those data tables to which the processing functions must be applied are indicated, as well as a sequence of selected data tables according to which execution must be performed. Furthermore, the access path which specifies the access sequence to the database is determined, for which by first using the table of relationships between each two selected data tables lying in series based on relationships between data tables lying in series, a partial access path is calculated, and the access path is constructed from all calculated partial access paths.
