FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed control device comprises appliances to detect arrival of a person to specified location, controller to communicate with said appliances by signals, and indicator to display the data received from said controller for operator. Note here that transmitted data depends on person arrival to said location and comprises person identifier and register including assemblage of identifiers, each being referenced to particular person expected to arrive to said location. Detection appliances comprises assemblage of spaced input devices, each referenced to location, other than other locations, for person to be detected on arrival to this location. Transmitted data comprises local register for every location and main register that includes all identifiers that make said registers. Note also that transmitted data comprises indication about that person expected in one location has arrived to the other location. Every assigned location makes personnel collection station in the case of accident. Every local register comprises a set of indicators related to persons that actually arrived to said station, and another set of indicators related to persons that reached all collection centers.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of monitoring.
