FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and urology. A de-epithelialized flap is formed from the vaginal wall. The flap is fixed to the connective tissue structures of the small pelvis, followed by colporrhaphy. In this case, the above-described flap is formed on the feeding leg, the above-mentioned flap is axially fixed to the connective tissue structures of the small pelvis using a mesh endoprosthesis or using ligatures.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the risk of recurrent prolapse of the pelvic organs, the risk of atrophy of a de-epithelialized flap formed from the vaginal wall, to provide sufficient blood supply to the de-epithelialized flap of the vaginal wall, to restore anatomical defect in apical prolapse.
