SUBSTANCE: in disclosed here invention working tool is flexibly suspended thus ensuring transfer of oscillating system along axes XY. Further, the oscillating system is set by specifying rigidity of the flexible suspension and velocity of rotor revolutions selecting various rigidity of the flexible suspension and creating rotors with various number of rotor disks and with their different arrangement. Thus, there is created the energy efficient oscillating system with many degrees of freedom.
EFFECT: self-organised excitation of stable resonance oscillations without external force.
