FIELD: vibration engineering.

SUBSTANCE: rotary-pendulum inertial element refers to vibration engineering and technology and can be used in all industries to excite mechanical vibrations in any direction. The invention provides an energy-saving device in which multiple combinational parametric resonance modes are implemented for centrifugal excitation of mechanical vibrations with oscillatory motion of an inertial element. The result is achieved by the fact that individual races of the flywheel are made in the form of at least three open toroidal cavities evenly spaced around the circumference, and the runners have a spherical profile with the possibility of running-in.

EFFECT: increasing the stability of the resonant oscillation mode in a system with unbalanced rotating and oscillating bodies at any angular deviation of the axis of rotation of the flywheel from the horizontal plane while reducing the threshold excitation condition.
