FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in processing internal surface of pipeline with two-phase jet of gaseous and solid sublimated agents; jet is generated with axis-symmetrical nozzle with critical cross-section; nozzle travels along pipeline. In an outlet section of the nozzle there is facilitated off-design mode of two-phase jet flow with under-expansion at the same time setting total pressure at the input to the nozzle and controlling static pressure in the pipeline. Degree of off-design flow of two-phase is chosen so, that boundary of the first section of over-expansion of two-phase jet crosses internal surface of the pipeline at acute angle.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleaning at simultaneous reduction of power expenditures.
