FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport, namely, to methods of cleaning process pipelines inner surface. Method comprises releasing process pipelines from oil and/or oil products, separating each of process pipelines into sections for hydrodynamic cleaning and sections for chemical cleaning, simultaneous hydrodynamic and chemical cleaning of separated sections of process pipelines. During hydrodynamic cleaning of the pipeline section, the inner surface is preliminary washed with a water jet under pressure from 1 to 20 MPa, flushing of inner surface with water jet under pressure from 20 to 170 MPa, internal surface cleaning with water jet by pressure from 1 to 20 MPa, control of cleaning quality by means of visual inspection module. Inner volume of looped section of process pipeline is filled with light oil product. Light oil product is conditioned in static mode with its subsequent circulation along loop section to achieve constant values of controlled quality indices of oil product. During chemical cleaning, the asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits solvent is filled with an inner volume of the looped section of the process pipeline. Asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits solvent is maintained in static mode with its subsequent circulation along process pipeline, removal of asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits solvent and cleaning products. Filling of inner volume of looped section with adsorption light oil product, maintenance of adsorption light oil product in static mode with provision of its subsequent circulation along loop section, removal from the looped section of the adsorption light oil product, filling the inner volume of the looped section with the control light oil product, holding of light oil product in static mode with provision of its subsequent circulation along loop section of process pipeline till achievement of constant values of controlled indices of oil product quality.
EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of cleaning internal surface of process pipelines of oil transfer stations due to rational combination of hydrodynamic and chemical cleaning at different sections of pipeline.
