FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pipeline transport, namely to methods of cleaning the internal surface of process pipelines of oil and oil products main pipeline transport facilities from asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) for recovery of standard flow passage of pipes, in-pipe inspection of newly constructed process pipelines after completion of construction and erection works (CEW), assessment of the state of operated pipelines and degree of their contamination and evaluation of quality of cleaning. In method of hydrodynamic cleaning of internal surface of process pipelines of oil and oil product transfer stations, cleaned section of process pipeline from oil/oil products, coils are cut out for stock of equipment for hydrodynamic cleaning, preliminary flushing of internal surface of process pipeline is performed by water jet with pressure of not more than 20 MPa by means of water jet flushing head. Then, inner surface of process pipeline is flushed with water jet at pressure of not more than 170 MPa by means of rotary plant, flushing of process pipeline inner surface with water jet at pressure of not more than 20 MPa by means of water jet flushing head. During the washing process, pumping of the formed water-oil emulsion and quality control of cleaning of the internal surface of the process pipeline is performed by means of a visual-measurement control module.
EFFECT: reduced time of performance of works for cleaning of internal cavity of process pipeline due to consecutive, multi-stage cleaning of process pipelines of site facilities by hydrodynamic method.
