SUBSTANCE: device used in dispensing machine for packaging food products operates along the path of filing a number of opening devices. The device contains conveyor means for transporting opening devices, located in a line, bypassing retaining means interacting with the opening devices on the course of movement from conveyor means along the path. Retaining means are installed in the first position in which they constrain the opening devices along the path, and are moved to the second position, thereby enabling the opening devices to move. Also, the device includes pushing means moving with predetermined intervals past retaining means to move the retaining means from the first position to the second position, in order the opening devices could be delivered consistently and at a given speed through the retaining means.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of the device.
