SUBSTANCE: cover for a vessel includes a cylindrical body, pressed with its lower part onto the neck of the vessel, and a cover with a screw thread for mounting on the exhaust pipe. The body is made with a through hole in the center, located along the body axis, to install the outlet pipe into it with a block of spills, and with the possibility of axial displacement, and cavities located around the hole in the center of the body having an entrance in the bottom, at that the number and location of spills on the block of spills corresponds to the number and location of holes for entrance in the body cavity. There are cyclic hollows with scalloped surface made on the body and the lid for installation of protective ridged belt.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a new cover design, which ensures safe keeping of the soluble substance and solvent and preparation of solution without breaking isolation from the environment of contents of the vessel sealed with this cover.
