SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and medicine. Proposed cap comprises the case with central hole in its bottom, toothed tape fitted into circular recesses with toothed surface and central tube arranged parallel with the case axis. Said cap comprises also screw rod and disk piston for fluid substance, capsule with shell made from film material, thrust ring fitted into aforesaid central tube and perforator fitted onto central tube end face, or, for dry substance, it has cylindrical container with holes in its sidewalls. Said container is fitted into central tube to move axially therein. There is also metal paper soldered to central tube end face and container bottom.
EFFECT: reliable corking of bottles that have threaded neck.
