FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in method to manufacture non-autoclave aerated concrete, including preparation of mix from foaming agent and water, preparation of dry mix from portland cement, fine filler - sand and filler, mixing of produced mixtures in mixer, pouring of produced foam mass into moulds and maintenance at the temperature of +18 °C and relative humidity of 100 %, fine filler is river sand of fraction of up to 0.2 mm, filler is filter-press cake of beet sugar production, and foaming agent is "Pioner 118MZ", both produced mixtures are mixed in turbine mixer for 4 min. with speed of 900 min-1, at the following ratio of components, kg/m3: portland cement 203 - 261, specified river sand 166, filter-press cake of beet sugar production 29 - 87, water 206 l/m3, foaming agent "Pioner 118MZ" 1 l/m3.
EFFECT: simplified and intensified process of production, reduction of its prime cost.
