FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used for construction and operation of heat-insulated wells in frozen zone, as well as for delivery of heat carrier to the bed. Heat-insulated column consists of single-type sections connected with couplings. Each section includes coaxially located casing and supporting pipe with taper-buttress thread on ends in order to provide threaded connection with couplings, vacuum valve, heat insulation, centring ring arranged in the space between casing and supporting pipe, bush, getters, branch pipes and coupling insert. Space between casing and supporting pipe is fully filled with heat insulation except the arrangement point of vacuum valve. Heat insulation is made in the form of two parts located on both sides from the plane of centring ring. Valve is installed in supporting pipe. Branch pipes are made in the form of taper bell and welded with edges of smaller diameter to edges of casing and with edges of larger diameter to inner surface of edge part of supporting pipe. Insert is pressed by means of bush to inner surface of branch pipe and made from strong material with low heat conductivity coefficient. Getters are located in the space between casing and supporting pipe. At that, inner diameter of bush is equal to inner diameter of casing in the space between which and supporting pipe there is vacuum.
