FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal dryers, designed for separation of liquid phase from solid materials in particular for drying sheet materials. Centrifugal dryer comprises a body with a lid. In the body there is a rotor mounted on a shaft installed in a bearing knot. The shaft is connected to a rotary drive in the form of an electric motor. Inside the rotor the mesh shell is installed on the top slice of which "П"-shaped ring is fixed, on the outer surface of which screws interacting with the outer surface of the rotor are set. At the bottom of the rotor there are drainage holes for disposal fugato. At the bottom of the mesh shell the shell ring is mounted which at installation the mesh shell covers the centering sleeve. The rotor is connected to the shaft by means of a striker. In the cavity of a rotor there is a clamp device in the form of a perforated flexible insert that can be made in the form of a flexible metal or polymer network, or as separate elements, interconnected by a hinge or flexible connections.

EFFECT: centrifugal dryer is simple in apparatus operating and performance and provides an apparatus for drying crystalline hydrates of metals peroxides, provides product stability and improved performance when it is dried.
