FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for hydrothermal processing of absorbing cartridge. The latter includes the vessel with gas feed pipe and flow distributor arranged in said tank. Device differs from known design in that said vessel is composed of the case with top and bottom covers with central locks of absorption cartridge. Said case is composed of a cylindrical shell ring accommodating said absorption cartridge. Said shell ring includes absorption sheet and draining mesh coiled on central tube. Bottom cover is provided with shutter arranged between said case and said absorption cartridge and flow distributor. These are composed of inner and outer funnels arranged in bottom cover and connected by radial plates and arranged with clearance relative to lower cover bottom and feed pipe connected with air flow rate promoter, heater and steam generator. Top cover is provided with rotary disc. Note here that top cover and rotary disc have openings and gas bleed union connected with master.

EFFECT: improved degassing, preset moisture content of absorption cartridge, lower material input, simplified design.
