SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-personnel small arms. Hammer retarder represents plate 15 interacting with hammer tail and has one end fitted on the axle. Plate 15 stays in permanent contact with tail of hammer 4. Fire rate regulator is made up of plate 17 fitted in the same axle to interact with eccentric washer 18 to adjust force spring 16 acts on retarder of hammer 4. Washer 18 is arranged between plates 15 and 17. Hammer tail is furnished with roller to allow plate 15 with said hammer tail.

EFFECT: optimised fighting performances.
