FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-lethal weapons intended for throwing the nets. Proposed net consists of net web braided from strong elastic threads and weights fastened thereto. Net with eights makes cylindrical assembly accommodating wound web with weights arranged regularly along wound web circumference. Weights feature elongated shape and have slots on ends and several ledges arranged regularly along weight length on block cylindrical surface. Weights that form cylindrical surface are retained, on one side, by cup with spring tabs fitted into weight slots and, on the other side, are connected by ring fitted in their slots. Bottom of the cup fitted on one face of the block accommodates pyrotechnical retarder and burster powder charge. Piston is arranged between powder charge and net web with weight. Throwing of proposed net is performed by device comprising barrel and propellant charge. Said barrel has inner spiral grooves. Weight ledges are engaged with barrel spiral grooves, while propellant charge is arranged between barrel bottom and pyrotechnical retarder of the net.
