FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition for grenade launchers, in particular, underbarrel. Ammunition contains container with ready striking elements, expelling and propellant charges, and distance switch. Distance switch comprises front and rear axially fixed parts, as well as an adjustment ring located between them, which is made with possibility of rotation around the longitudinal geometric axis of the switch. Distance switch is equipped with parallel to the longitudinal geometrical axis of the ammunition, through, mutually axial fire transfer channel of the rear fixed part, one of the mouths of which is located in the propellant charge seat, and the front fixed part fire-transfer channel, one of the mouths of which is formed on the end surface of the front fixed part facing the adjustment ring, as well as mirror-arranged, coaxial to longitudinal geometrical axis of ammunition, fire-transfer grooves made in the form of open rings on oppositely located end surfaces of rear and front fixed parts of distance switch. Adjusting ring is provided with a through, parallel to the longitudinal geometric axis of the ammunition, formed with the possibility of being located between the fire-transfer channels or grooves of the rear and front fixed parts of the distance switch, as well as with possibility of location above place of rupture of fire-transfer grooves. Fire-transfer channels and grooves are filled with pyrotechnic material with regulated burning time. Distance selector is provided with a ratchet mechanism formed with the possibility of turning the adjusting ring by the shooter and holding the adjusting ring in the position set by the shooter when the ammunition moves to the target.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of easy-to-operate and relatively safe ammunition for destruction of low-flying unmanned aerial vehicles.
